Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://gamaxpaintingrenovations.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. G.A Max Painting & Renovations reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, G.A Max Painting & Renovations markets and arranges Residential Painting, Commercial Painting, Drywall Repair, Light Fixture Installation, Popcorn Ceiling Removal, Flooring Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by G.A Max Painting & Renovations or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. G.A Max Painting & Renovations makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of G.A Max Painting & Renovations arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold G.A Max Painting & Renovations harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
